As one of the leading multi-sport clubs in Southern Colorado, we’re committed to creating a professional, supportive and motivating environment for athletes of all levels. Owner, Rachel Tincknell, is an athletic trainer and massage therapist with over 15 years of experience working as a sports medicine provider. She believes movement is an essential part of overall wellness and is passionate about helping individuals move without pain! Members enjoy a discount on services. Coaches

At Springs Multi Sport, our certified triathlon coaches bring extensive experience in both coaching and racing. With certifications from USA TriathlonUS CyclingUS Swimming, and USA Track and Field, our coaches are equipped to help you excel. athletic goals.

Michelle Blessing

Michelle has competed in many sports over the year (she began running when she was 13). Some of her more fun accomplishments include running three Ironman triathlons (twice at the IM World Championships in Hawaii), Racing nationally with the Team Saturn Cycling team, Racing for Team USA at the World Mountain Running Championships, and winning the Empire State Building Run-Up in New York City in 1996.  In 1998 she transitioned into coaching. Initially, she worked as the Junior National Teams coach for USA triathlon while also personally coaching several professional athletes, including the US men’s national champion, the Australian men’s national champion, and the Chilean women’s national champion. In 2000 she was selected as the coach for the men's and women's US Olympic Triathlon teams for the Games in Sydney. She was also named the USOC National Triathlon Coach of the Year in 2000, 2001 and 2002. After the Olympics, she ran the USAT Resident and National teams out of the Olympic Training Center until 2003. She was inducted into the Colorado Springs Sports Hall of Fame in 2015.

Michelle enjoys the outdoors, virtually all sports, and spending time with her friends, family, and especially her three young grandchildren

Jim Weber

Jim has over 30 years of experience with the sport of Triathlon.  Growing up in Indiana he started Triathlon in the late 80's to keep in shape for swimming.  This led to being a "Triathlete."  Jim has a lot of knowledge about the sport, from general history to different training philosophies and loves to reminisce about the past.

Jim is a certified USA Swimming coach along with completing the USAT (Triathlon) level I and USA Cycling level I coursework.

Personally, Jim is up for any type of outdoor adventure/challenge. He was a two-time high school All-American in swimming. He swam collegiately at Western Kentucky University, has qualified and completed the Hawaii Ironman Triathlon World Championships twice. Jim has also won multiple Masters swimming national champion titles and is always up for a mountain bike ride or ski tour. Jim is married and has two wonderful children.

Brittany Warley

Brittany is a former collegiate division 1 tennis player turned triathlete. She went on to win the USA Triathlon Collegiate Draft Legal National Championships representing the University of Colorado Boulder in 2016 and turned pro shortly after. She competed on the World Triathlon Circuit for the next seven years (while also working full-time) and achieved a number of elite podium results, was ranked top 3 for Canada, and a career high ranking of top 70 in the World. She recently retired from racing professionally in the Spring of 2024 to focus on her career, building a life outside of sport, and has used coaching as a way to pay it forward and help others. She specializes in triathlon, cycling, and run coaching with Pallas, a multisport and strength coaching company who she works/partners with. Kelly Williamson

Kelly has been coaching athletes since 2005, currently coaching with Durata Training. She works with triathletes and runners of all levels. She was a collegiate swimmer for the University of Illinois, studied Kinesiology, and after graduating moved to Colorado Springs to live at the US Olympic Training Center for the Resident Triathlon Team in 2002. She moved into longer distance racing professionally from 2006-2017, focusing on half ironman (10x 70.3 Champion) and Ironman (18x Ironman, 5x Ironman Hawaii). She also works with a nonprofit (Meat Fight) whose mission is to help individuals living with Multiple Sclerosis, raising money to buy bikes and fund & coach endurance events. 

She currently stays active running and swimming, and enjoys racing the Pikes Peak Ascent each fall. She lives in Colorado Springs with her husband Derick, son Wyatt (4) and dog Birdy.
